If there’s ever been a time to save a few dollars and eat out, this is it. Another difference? For the first time ever, restaurants are offering their Miami Spice menus to-go. But this year, the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau (GMCVB), which puts on the program, kicking things off in July. Usually, the countywide specials-$23 for lunch and $39 dinner, both three courses-happen over August and September. Miami Spice is like the restaurant week of every other major city in the country, only ours is extra and goes on for months.
